We have the ONLY SAUNA in downtown Winston Salem! The sauna keeps your immune system healthy in these trying times. Our sauna can get hotter then 170°, sweating out toxins is a huge part of daily wellness. Self care is key!

You can sit up to an hour.
Please bring your own sauna wear. (Ex. towel & slippers)
